Found out yesterday I'm being made redundant. All a bit complicated as am on ML but half department is going and it's all OK as far as employment laws go.
I'm feeling positive about it - see it as an opportunity to change direction and try to find something that will work well with being a Mum which old job really didn't. I've got loads of admin, project managing, writing, broadcasting, creative type skills which I can transfer and at least 6 months to find something thanks to payoff. So on a brain-picking mission I want to know - what's the best / worst thing about your job and how it fits or doesn't with being a Mum?
