Hi,
I wanted to know if anyone can give some insight into what to expect. I'm working with complex caseload at the minute and have a lot of management responsibilities too because of staffing and sickness and feel it's not going to get any better in my current role. A new post has come up the same title I have now but not clinical and management but over more teams. I would be loosing to pressure of seeing complex patients but would be taking on more service development. I have been asked by higher management if I'm going to go for the job and I really don't know what to do. I felt this moving from a 6 to a 7 as had worked with patients for so long as was moving away from that. I have young children and also don't want to take on more stress.
