Im a Midwife and I have post grad qualification in public health and just looking for some inspiration/hope from anyone with similar qualifications who earns 50k or more and has a reasonable work life balance.
I have 3 kids 10-16 and am single parent, so needs to be quite flexible/remote wfh options would be ideal.
Ive done all the regular searches, looked at careers websites, listed my transferable skills but not bringing anything great up.
Or is it time to retrain (in my mid 30s) so have plenty of years of work left ahead.
