Currently employed as a Band 5 Executive Assistant up in the Trust Offices. Looking to leave for various reasons.
Have come across a few Band 6 Administrative Manager posts and just wondering what the transition is like from Band 5 up to 6 as there are some line management responsibilities.
Effectively, I have imposter syndrome!! I think I am more than capable but it makes me feel anxious! I've been a team leader before but never actually done appraisals and managed staff in the NHS. I definitely feel ready to move up a step but just wondering if anyone has any experience of transition from a Band 5 to Band 6 and how they found it?
