Need help with some daft questions on application form

Applying for a job as housekeeper in hotel, so basically a cleaner.

Have filled in the form, but i'm stuck on these silly questions.

Please complete the following questions, with reference to either work or social situations.

1. An example of the greatest challenge you have faced.

2. An exampl of a time when you had to achieve something working with a group of people. (Can do this one really).

3. An example of a time when you have been praised for going beyond the call of duty.

I'm really stuck, especially with 1 and 3.

Does it have to be professional challenge? Might be corny but if you have kids how about becoming a parent for number 1? Had to learn to manage household, routines etc for a very challenging 'guest'.

Don't think it has to be professional no, not sure tbh.

I can do question 2, as can relate that to when I worked before.

Can't beieve they want to know this for a cleaning job.
