Investment Banking - how to move from being overpaid generalist to more entry level role?

SO spent 20 years in a Inv bank, mainly on the trading floor, in IT, Sales etc. My role was general dogsbody, keep the clients happy, should have paid 40k but I ended up over 100k as I knew a load of work related stuff. I am 48 and female. I was not senior and my role would be described as (glorified) sales support.

Now I need a new job after taking redundancy. I don't really need the money, I just need a hybrid work from home role, probably in banking.

I am getting stuck trying to explain my situation. How can I position myself ? I have general skills and experience but the reason for my high salary was the bank specific knowledge, and that bank is now dead. I don't mind taking a 50% pay cut, but no one seems believe me.

what would you do?
