Nursery Nurse interview

Hi, I have an interview this week for a nursery nurse position. I have to do an activity while being observed and the only thing I have been told is that the activity will be 'practical' - any ideas what this could involve? Also in the letter I received is a list of questions I will be asked. Is this usual?

Yes the activity sounds normal, not so sure about giving you a heads start with the questions though! If its a practical activity it could be art based, or doing a puzzle with a group of children, or a game.
