Hating my new job in nhs in probationary period

Firstly I've been told many mixed things. This is okay then it isn't then I need to be doing more and five months into my six months probation am told I will prob need to have my probation extended
I love the actual job I've done it for years and am good at it. I love the team I work for. I however cannot stand the management and the continual micromanagement and nit picking is making me unwell . What chances do I have of finding another job if I take a bit of time off sick then looking for something else. It really is utterly hideous

Ok,so you need to definitively know what’ll happen, extended probation or not.
is the notice period one week on probation?
can you apply for another internal post or do you want to remain in current post. However you’re saying it’s making you stressed and ill
I’d be cautious using sick leave to attend interviews can you just be honest say you’re looking at other posts?
If you like the post and are good at it,post likely to be extended
what is issue with the micromanagement
