Secondary SENCO

Does anyone have an idea of what a Secondary SENCO should earn?

Depends on all sorts. Size of school. Whether you're on leadership team, in which case you're on leadership scale. It's a management post, so you'd have a TLR, but there could be quite a variation within that.

I am senco and on ups, plus tlr, 2c. going 4 another job and wondered what I should be negotiating. Tis a large school of 1000 and hopefully on the leadership team.

Oooh exciting. If you're on the leadership team then I expect you would start at the bottom of that which i believe is about 45K. Otherwise I guess you should expect at least what you're on now, possibly more depending on type of school etc
