doing 2 nights a week.

Just started last week did tuesday and friday night.

I am feeling so tired even though I had a long sleep last night.

Will I feel like this all the time?

Did you get used to it?

you will get used to it as long as you take it easy. The prob with having two seperate nights is that you do sometimes just "get on with things" rather than having a proper sleep after your nights. Is it possible to do two nights together? I always find this much more manageable

yes will be doing two together more often than not.
But will I beable to get to sleep at a normal time after the 2nd night?

After my last night i tend to sleep only till lunchtime, than get up, have breakfast, and carry on with the rest of the day. Glass of wine in the veneing and I am out like a light as the sleep i do get during the day isn't normally as good as a proper nights sleep so am pretty tired at the end of a stretch of night. Hope you get used to it soon

thanks curly

suppose I was expecting to beable to function normally on 4 hrs sleep without feeling the effects.

when i was younger, i wouldbounce back after a night shift no probs, now that i am an old bird, it does affect me and makes me feel quite unwell.
As long as you get a few hours kip on your last day, and a good early night on your first night off, you should get a bit more used to it.

donbean-yes I think it may have something to do with my age I do remember them being easier in my youth.
