Would you work for a company just bought out of administration?

As the title suggests. I'm looking for a new job. I Absolutely love the products of a company that recently has gone in to administration but then been bought out. I feel the company had been bought by a secure comp

Probably not - too much of a risk.

Pressed post too soon!
I believe the company that's bought them is pretty secure, but am I setting my self up for failure? I've only ever worked for one company (one currently in) and I want to see what else working for somwhere who's products I love would do for me.

Who bought it, the existing directors/a company connected with them or a third party?

Third party company, a big retailer who are well in profit
