I'm currently a band 5 mental health nurse. 2 years experience in a memory service and 6 months in camhs.
I have an interview for a band 6 within the 111 phone service. It's mental health.
I would really appreciate some help, if anyone has any advice/experience interviewing for a band 6 role.
My first position in nursing was not a great experience. I did not have a preceptor and management were not supportive. I have not been in my 2nd role very long. I need to be closer to home and struggling to find anything that doesn't involve shifts (single parent). I did enquire about the band 5 roles within the 111 service, however, they are not clinical positions and I would obvious like to keep my PIN.
Any advice welcome.
