Still waiting for Maternity leave/pay letter from HR. To chase/escalate?

Hi everyone,

I am due to go on maternity leave in April. Informed HR of dates and handed MATB1 in Dec.

Have had maternity approved on HR systems and had meeting with HR on entitlements etc. However, I still don’t have anything in writing. AFIK, HR are meant to respond in writing within 28 days of maternity leave notice, which is overdue in my case - should I be chasing at this point?
