No work now I'm pregnant

I think I already know the answer to this one,but thought I'd see if anyone has any advice.

I am 14wks pregnant & am self employed as a gardener.I work for a lot of people in a tiny village where my family still live. They all know I'm pregnant & am happy for me & have said that whilst I am on maternity leave,I won't be replaced ect.

At the moment I'm not working,as my working hours are only March-November as there's not much doing in winter. However,I have had a few bouts of bleeding & this news has gotten out & about in the village & several of my customers have been very concerned & told my mum that I should rest & shouldn't go back to work. Not too much of a problem at the minute, but come March,I want to go back to my jobs again & I have a feeling that my customers will be too worried about working causing health problems for the baby & refuse to have me back. It's not as though I'll find it easy to get new customers when I'm 6 months pregnant either. We will need the money too,as if I don't work up to the birth,I'll get about £35.00 a week Maternity Allowance, based on my earnings up til now.

Any suggestions? If I am well enough to work next year,do you think my GP would give me a note or something I could show them to prove it?
TIA

The only advice I can give you is to wait and see how you feel in March- you may not want to work at 6 months pg. Your baby's health comes before anything- don't stress about it now- leave the decision till nearer the time
