Development plan for work

Hi all, trustees have asked me to create my own development plan to discuss with them. I'm fairly senior in the organisation but am hoping to take on a director role in the near future (have already discussed this with trustees).
For some reason, I'm at a loss on this development plan and don't know where to start. Has anyone put one together? Any tips? TIA

What are the skills or networks or experiences you want to have developed in that time?

A good dev plan is probably 3 things you want to work on. At least 2 should focus on leveraging your existing strengths. The 3rd can be sometjing you're not so good at and need to bring up to a workable level to stop it holding you back. But you use strengths you have to work on that relative weakness.

Have you done any kind of strengths analysis/feedback exercise?

What would be your dream job to do next?
