honestly I’ve overheard one or 2 of my staff bitch about me before - I don’t care - I did tell them if they want to complain about me to do away from the workplace or somewhere I can’t hear them in future 😂😂😂

It is a disciplinary offence in my workplace - assuming the employer finds out, which they often do. Usually from the "friend" it was sent to....

Might be worth having a chat and clearing the air but don't tell them you've seen the messages - just ask if everything's ok. Certainly not a case for a disciplinary.

Nah. Everyone talks about everyone in work. Especially the boss. People are allowed to have their opinions and allowed to not like you! I'd ignore it myself.
