Hi all , so after been feeling a bit lost in my nursing career I’ve decided to take the plunge and go to the private sector.
I have been offered a dream job of home manager but are trying to prepare for home manager cqc interview.
has anyone got any tips on how I can prepare for this ?

I recently retired as a care manager. I suggest you join the Facebook group “Outstanding Manager on line” they have lots of information, loads of resources and will be able to help. Skills for care also have information and your local care providers association could prove useful.
