Assessment during job interview

Hi
i have a job interview and will have a 10 minute email assessment within the interview.
any ideas on what this might entail? It’s for a customer service role

We do similar at my workplace: you're given a dummy complaints email to read, and then in 10 mins have to come up with a response. We've had issues with members of our team not being up to scratch with spelling and grammar (or being able to use spelling and grammar checks), so it's a way of gaging use of English as well as responding quickly and under pressure.
