Hi, just wondered if anyone had any good recommendations for a podcast or article etc (I just find podcasts easier to get through while I'm driving etc) that discuss building a good relationship with your line manager. I'm in a relatively new job, and now that the honeymoon period is over I'm seeing that my line manager is trickier than I initially realised. Very hot and cold. Quite micromanaging. Other stuff too. I find this quite tricky to navigate, and would love to listen to (or read) general discussions on the topic.
