I am 35 years old. I have worked at the FOS and done a few PPI jobs. How do I get into banking? Thanks

What do you mean by banking? Working for one of the high street banks? Investment bank?
What department are you interested in?

What type of role are you looking for? "Banking" isn't really a job...

I really want to get into compliance

What type of complaints did you deal with at fos? If you’ve dealt with banking complaints then you could apply for compliance roles based on that.

It would depend on what level you wanted to go in at - entry level compliance role or more specialised / management. If the former then just apply, just demonstrate the transferable skills you’ve picked up from your current / previous roles. If the latter then you need to look at what experience / qualifications they’re looking for and work out how you’re going to get them.
