Ideas for Xmas gifts for team

I’m a team manager of 10, it’s been a tough year work-wise and and everyone’s been brilliant, lovely and really supportive to each other and to me. We’ve got a team Xmas lunch in a few weeks and I’d really like to give out some token little gifts (we’re public sector - so I’ll need to fund this myself) to say thank you to everyone.
Any ideas for what I could do?

Have also done bottle of wine, hotel chocolat selector, orchid, lottery ticket

It’s easier if you know them well enough to know if anyone doesn’t drink alcohol / anyone has allergies. Otherwise how about a small gift bag with a mini bottle of wine / chocolate coins / mini hand cream / pen and notebook

Starbucks voucher is always good.

A handwritten card with a coffee voucher in?

Tub of Cadbury's Heroes/Quality Street etc and a printed voucher entitling each worker to one random duvet day over the next year on top of their holiday allowance would go down perfect with me!

I absolutely love these ideas! Thank you all so much - tub of Heroes and a coffee voucher is a great idea, also love the idea of notebooks and pens. I can’t award duvet days unfortunately :( everything else sounds great though.

I'd go for a handwritten message and a token gift. I'm public sector and so also funding it myself - last year DD and I made the team cards and chose a small gift (think we went for a Xmas decoration each). They likes the gift but they LOVED getting the cards because of the effort that went into it.

I’m doing compliment cards for the team - everyone pays each other a compliment via a Google form, I collate them and print them
up into a Xmas card and pop in their gift bags.
