A manager at work bullied out 4 members of staff within 6 weeks. They all left as they found other jobs and were sick of the abuse and lack of support from the manager. The manager won't support me but let's lazy colleagues get away with things. The manager's job has been deleted and he will have to reapply for one of the management posts. Surely he won't return in my team to be a manager where he drove away 4 members of staff. He is a liability. People won't stand for his behaviour which I am looking elsewhere.
