NCJ pay rise & pay backdate

Hi, anyone work in HR or a business manager for schools?
The unions have just agreed and pay rise and staff in schools will receive a back pay from April 2022 in Decembers pay

I left my school this September and wondered if I would be entitled to that back pay from April 22 - September when I left?
does anyone know??

yes you should be. email the HR, there may been a time limit.

There have been a couple of threads referencing this and my understanding is that yes you are entitled to it but you'll need to contact them to ask as apparently there is no obligation on them to contact you.

Yes you are entitled to it, but you might have to request it. I’m a school finance manager and that’s our policy (not that I agree with it! I think we should pay it automatically)
