Hi,
I want to return to my profession as a 6 or 7 and leave the awful job I took on two years ago. Work load is crazy and is worse due to 50% of staff on sick leave and long term sick leave.
If I go back (or even if I find a band 6 post in a related field) do I have to start at the bottom of a 6 or go to the top? I can’t afford to start at the bottom.
I have loads of experience and qualifications I can transfer!
I need out of this place as it’s toxic.
