Help I don't know what to do about sexual predator.

I work in the NHS. There is a colleague who tries it on with all the young women, he recently took advantage of an extremely vulnerable colleague who had had a family tragedy and a divorce and was in a bad place. He was all sympathetic and started an affair with her and then cruelly dumped her after he got what he wanted. She had a breakdown and left.
He is always being overly nice to the younger women and is often caught changing after shift because he "forgets" to shut the door when changing out of his uniform. I walked in one day as the door was ajar and he was standing there in his pants.
I'm too old for him to bother with but it could easily have been one of the younger ones.
He has a wife and kids.
I don't know if I have enough to report him. He'd just say the affair was consensual and people should knock before going into a room.
I'm pissed off that this is going on, nothing has changed since I was a young nurse.
I'm watching carefully and writing down everything he does but I have no solid evidence.

I think you either have to speak to your manager or to HR - or your union. This is not going to be an easy one though because unless there are other statements backing you up, then most of what you describe will be hard to prove as predatory. But if you don't speak up, who will? You must either say something - at least if you are ignored it is then on others that ignored you. Or you must stop caring about it and ignore it yourself.

Please please report him

you don’t need a stack of evidence to share concerns privately with HR and for all you know several other peoole have too.

At the very least they will know to keep an eye on the new starts
