Sick note

Hi. I’ve sent a photo of my sick note into my manager as he requested, he emailed to say he’s received it but didn’t mention wether I need to send the paper version to HR or not ?

Ask him. Its up the the employer what they accept.

I would bring it with you on your first day back to be safe but normally so long as they've got evidence it's ok
