I was in a job for 2 months which I left after giving notice do i have to put this on my job applications

Will it cause an issue to explain an employment gap? If you need to provide references they would be your most current employer too. I'd probably include it.

Why did you leave? I leaving a job after 4 months and I’ve put it on my applications. They’ll be my most recent reference.
