... and if so, what did you do and what do you do now?
I am aware how very lucky I am to be in this position, and believe me I don't take that for granted at the moment with so many people struggling. But I am in a very senior role (Managing Director) very well paid, good annual bonus etc. But at the moment it is making me unhappy. While I can't afford to leave at least for the next few years, I am interested in anyone who has made a move like this and scaled back, had a total career change etc for something more junior/less stressful, and if so what you did/whether you were happier or regretted it.
