Raising a grievance after you have left

I recently resigned from a job (Aug 2022) and went off sick as I could not cope with the bullying and being made to work 24/7. HR finally agreed to shorten my notice period so I officially left in Sept 2022 after an OH assessment that said I would not be fit to work in my notice period.

Am I still able to raise a grievance now I have left? I am not sure what it would achieve apart from making them take the bullying serious for once. Others have tried to raise grievances and have been told they will be considered informally and then have been fire.

I had just under 2 years' service.

TIA

You can contact them, but they do not have to follow their internal grievance process for an ex employee. They may well decide it is worth discussing the matter you, if they are concerned that you will take it to tribunal. What is the outcome you would like?

Honestly, you'd just be prolonging your misery by not being able to move on. If they cared, you wouldn't have had to leave.
