My husband signed a NHS employment contract years ago, his area of work was then taken over by a private company I believe. No new contract was provided or signed when moving over as he was told same terms as his NHS contract would still apply.
He recently discovered that for years since working for the private company, he hasn’t been paid correctly for overtime at time and a half as per NHS employees, but has been paid at single time overtime. His other NHS terms appears to be the same such as amount of holidays.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or be able to give some advice please?
