I returned to work as a teacher working for LEA school following Mat leave in September this year on 0.4 contract - 2 days a week or 13 hours (don’t get me started on that!). Due to personal situation I am keen to hand in my terms notice and finish at Christmas however unsure how much/ if any Mat leave money I will need to return as I am on a part time contract. I understand it is 13 weeks f/t. Has anyone else been in this situation/ offer advice? Thank you.
