Flexible working/home working

Hiya, bit of a long post but hoping some of you can give me advice. Currently 6 months pregnant but needing to think in advance due to my job wanting to know my plans.

I currently work in a charity and have requested to move service once I return from maternity. The service I would be moving to would be completely remote/home working (Ideal). My issue is I have 2 children who will be in full time school once I return to work and obviously the baby.
My mom has kindly offered to help with the baby (part time) but will not be able to do the school pick ups and drops off. I would like to work between 24-30hours pw but wondering how I can manage this with 3 children. I would like to do Ideally 3 days a week and offer extra evening hours work to bump me up to the 30hours and to lessen the pressure of my mom helping with the baby. Husband returns from work by 5pm so would help with childcare for evening work.

My employer has asked me to submit a flexible working request which I’ll need to detail in the document but I really need suggestions/example on what hours I can offer to them 😩 If anyone can help I would really appreciate it

As an employer the key for me is that my employees are not trying to work and look after children at the same time

I refused a request to work from 7 am as I couldn’t see how much work would be done until after the school run

i also don’t allow no lunch break

A lot of staff do 9.30 until 2.30 with 1/2 lunch
Evenings don’t work for us due to client demands
