I am awaiting redundancy
Not much mind(£2000)but enough to get a few things done round the house if i could find a job asap following redundancy.
I have an interwiew on monday for a job that i would do but it wouldn't be my first choice to do it iykwim? but i still want to keep it an option.

How do i be diplomatic if i am offered a job?

SAy you would like some time to think about it.

I was thinking something along the lines of........"I am not really in a position to accept an offer of employment at the moment due to impending redundancy but would you consider keeping me on the books for the near future?"

sorry to hear about your redubndan - are you ok?

do they regularly recruit?a rolling programme of intake or a one off post. this will influence the "keeping me on the books for the near future" position

good luck

I get the feeling that they do recruit fairly regulary as they are a care company working in the community.

I am ok thanks but i am losing a job i enjoy.
I work for the NHS so trying to get the same salary and perks will be difficult if outside the NHS.

could you do bank/sessional work for this company?

Beauregard · 25/01/2008 23:28

Not sure tbh will have to ask them.
