Help me choose which job to accept

I'm in the fortunate position of having been offered 2 jobs today. Both have pros and cons and I'm struggling to decide. Both are admin roles in similar fields and are similar in travel time. Which would you choose?

Job 1
Pros:
Pays 10% more
Can wfh 2 days a week
Nationwide company with very high turnover
Cons:
Possibly more boring and basic role

Job 2
Pros:
More autonomy and flexibility
More varied role
Cons:
Pays 10% less
Smaller company with dingy offices
Will mostly work alone

The difference in pay isn't much in the grand scheme of things. Also I could probably ask job 2 if the could match the salary of job 1.

What are your thoughts?

When you say high turnover do you mean high turnover of money or high turnover of staff?

assuming it’s the former I would go with job 1 as it seems like there’s more progression and it could get more interesting in time

Maybe depend on personality. I'm in a role with a small company which is varied and interesting but also I wasn't shown the ropes and all kinds of things get dumped in my lap so I'm adjusting often and not always in a good way.
When I worked for a big company there was more structure, so fewer unpleasant surprises, but I was a cog and not as appreciated.
I hate working alone a lot.
What are the colleagues and culture like I think at that level that's really important to know.

2 for me, every time.

I suppose it depends what you're looking for. Large companies often have opportunities to move around internally as well as in-house training.
Smaller companies can have more scope for defining your own role and direct access to different departments therefore making it easier to make connections.

Congratulations on the offers.

1 for me. The opportunities that can come your way in a large company are immense. That said I have worked for smaller companies and the scope has been mine to shape. I’ve also done swanky office and dingy office and a dingy office can get you down in time.

1 - the wfh for 2 days and opportunity for progression plus 10% would all swing it

Dingy office every day - nope

Job 1

More money, wouldn't like to work alone all the time. More opportunity to progress
