Working from home two days a week?

Hi, can anyone suggest a working from home part time job (two days a week)? I'm thinking call centre/telephone, or admin/VA. Can anyone advise where best to start looking for this type of work?

Thank you
Stephanie

Hi Stephanie - what i would personally suggest is going direct to the careers page of brands websites, rather than relying on indeed etc where they are all collated together, as you might find more remote opportunities that way. Its easier to do this if you make yourself a big list of brands/companies as everywheres got a call centre now. So look at water, gas, electric, phone providers (EE/Vodafone etc) then food brands, maybe they've got a complaints department - insurance companies, banks, supermarkets, retailers like john lewis etc, healthcare, manufacturing, building companies, new home builders, transport (rail/car)
Post in your local fb groups and have look to see if there's a local jobs fb page and follow that.

Dont get dragged into 'virtual assistant training' - its the new pyramid scheme going.

Remember you might need to be flexible on hours etc to get your foot in the door - and if its not advertised as part time, it still might be worth a phonecall to ask as if they like you on the phone maybe they'd consider it.

Best of luck!!
