Does anyone work/has worked for HCA healthcare?

I currently work in the NHS, but am in talks with HCA healthcare for a position which would be an 8k pay rise and a promotion, however, I can’t find any details of their maternity pay. I have asked them for details of staff benefits including maternity pay and they sent me a staff benefits booklet which had no information on maternity pay.

I have googled it, but can’t find any information. I don’t want to directly ask them as they may get the idea that I’m planning on TTC and that will probably be seen as a negative against me.

Thank you, it doesn’t seem very clear online what the pay is. I’m just a bit concerned about leaving the NHS when I’m planning on TTC in the next year as I don’t want to be shooting myself in the foot so to speak!

@Elsiebear90 completely understand! Hopefully someone who has worked for them will say! Is it an full time contract?

Hi OP I worked for them, but in an office role. The pay was low and benefits very basic. So if you're planning on mat leave, just expect the minimum. I can't remember what exactly, but not great at all.
