Just started a new job which Is a promotion on paper but not a million miles away from what I have done the last couple of years in old role.

I am in head office for the next few weeks on training course and I keep in having internal anxiety worries that it's all to much for me to do.

I try to focus on one day at a time and try to put it into perspective but I need some advice as to how to shift this negative mindset and how to stay calm.

The irony in this is that the role is in training and coaching so I do know all the theory as how to handle this - I just can't implement it in myself!

Pick someone in the office who you think is a bit shit. If they can do it you can.

Thanks for that

Any other advice from anyone?
