Not sure what it's called really but if I do a table with the following

A is capable of
B would like to
C has time to do
D would need training to do

or is

Can?t do
Can do with supervision
Can do alone
Could train others

better?

Ithink I prefer the second list with the exception of Can't do, as that one seems negative. I'd go for Needs more training for that bit.

Do I need to address their willingness to do a role?

(this is coursework btw - I would make anyone do anything they weren't comfortable with)
