ever the optimist...in case we have come up with such a cunning plan that we'll be as rich as jk rowling what should we put in a simple agreement between us (re selling, wanting to quit etc and a million things I won't have thought of)?

that you are happy that it is an equal partnership so losses/profit split equally and that if one of you were to leave then the other would have first option to buy their half of the business at fair market value
