Tesco induction

Hi everyone

I have an induction at Tesco next week, the job role I'll be doing is personal shopper for dotcom. I have no idea what to wear for my induction though! Google is bringing up a mix of wear what you want or smart casual.
Then I'm assuming I won't get my uniform straight away so what would I wear in the mean time?
Hoping there's staff on here who can help! I wasn't told anything at the interview, the whole thing was very fast.

My son started doing this a couple of weeks ago. He wore the same clothes he wore to his interview - smart shirt and trousers. He hasn't been given a uniform as he's in a warehouse so just wears jeans, hoodies and trainers.

Good luck!

Just something smart casual for the induction, think I was only there a couple of hours, had forms to fill in and videos to watch with questions online.
For the job itself dress comfy and warm as you'll be moving a lot and sometimes stuck in the chilled section for a while, a cardi or hoody would be great that could be taken on and off.
Just clean, no rips or massive logos etc.
I wore mainly black as it just kept it easier.

Thank you. I got some black jeggings to wear with my uniform and I bought a plain black T-shirt and jumper to use until my uniform arrives
