In Scotland so competency/values based and I’m totally hopeless I have tonnes of experience and always get an interview but fall down on interviews as I just don’t know what they want. I say more and it’s not good enough, I struggle with examples from pre pjs work too. Does anyone know how I can improve, I’ve researched the roles (mostly childhood immunisation jobs) the values etc of the trust
I struggle with selling myself when they ask to tell them about myself and I’m just really fed up and don’t know where to find out what they want and how to improve? I’m dyslexic so what’s in my head doesn’t always translate in a interview scenario.

if anyone can help/point me in the right direction that would be amazing
