I was not a receptionist, but worked as a PA in the NHS. They will most likely ask how you deal with patient confidentiality and data protection. How you will deal with difficult patients in person and on the phone, they may ask how you prioritise jobs when everything you are given that day you are told is urgent. You need to look at the job spec and try and work out some questions they are likely to ask you from the job description.

Good luck with your interview.

I've had an interview for a GP receptionist job today.
I've previously worked in the role so they asked about that, what exactly I had to do, difficult scenarios I encountered, best part of the job etc. Then asked me what I would do in two particular scenarios.
Tell us something interesting about yourself, what do you do to relax, how would your family and friends describe you etc.
And that was about it.

Oh yes, as Snowflake said, they asked about confidentiality, and the scenarios where I had to say what I would do were about a difficult patient and about prioritising tasks.
