Dealing with bampot manager

My manager is a total bampot. She's bitter. She's nasty. She has no respect. She does sweet FA all day. She can't learn. She can't organise. She needs helpers and depends on people to all her work. She's 67. We are hoping she will retire next year.

Meant to say. Help! Any strategies on how to cope with a manager who doesn't give a toss and is hanging on for the pension??

She also never takes annual leave. She tries to manage areas outwith her area (including mine). She has been getting away with it for decades!!!!

My manager is a lazy bitch
complains about how much work he has then he spends an hour having lunch with his mate, then an hour parading about like a twat morning how he can’t get anything done. Tonight I left and my normal time and he was in with 3 having people chatting and had been in their for 45 minutes. They don’t work together/or on the same projects so have no idea sharing meetings - it’s just then chatting crap about the world. Drives me potty I hope he leaves
