I have mine tomorrow and I’m really useless at these things. Our jobs changed a fair bit with covid so we actually do less now than before which I miss. So I’m going to mention how I want more ownership as I did pre-covid and extra support and training on new things. However I don’t know how to answer my key achievements or the best feedback I’ve received. I haven’t had any feedback 🤷🏻‍♀️ I go in and do my job and that’s that. I’ve been here 10 years now and had a few promotions. Any ideas?

Challenges you have overcome - Working through covid, losing ownership of what you do.
The best way you learn and develop - What sort of training works best for you, FTF, online etc?
