I've been a L3 TA for around 5 years and wondered if it's worth doing the HTLA course or not.
I was wondering if there's much of a difference now with L3 TAs supervising and I currently do this myself on a regular basis.
I've been doing TEFL work abroad and at home for many years but am not looking to do my PGCE. TA work has fitted in well with my own children still at school and I'd really like to try and increase my salary a bit.
Has anyone done it and was it worth it?
