Term Time Contract, SMP, Apprenticeship

Hi all,
Just hoping for some clarity and advice, as got an unexpected positive pregnancy test…and lots to think about all of a sudden.

Started new job at a school in April on a term time contract, so have been employed for approx 21 weeks so far, and should qualify for SMP from next month?
Is this correct - I am including all holiday periods as technically working weeks? I also worked additional days over the summer holidays.

Would it be problematic if I tell my manager, having been there less than 26 weeks?
Haven’t even been to Dr to determine how far along/due date, it’s all very new.
Is it better to wait as long as possible in any case?

Also, the job is as an apprentice and now part way through my qualification.
When to tell the training provider?
Anyone with experience of taking maternity leave and returning to an apprenticeship?
How viable is it to pick up where you left off on returning to work?
Or possibly try to complete ahead of schedule?
What’s the possibility of changing jobs/completing the qualification elsewhere?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

The Apprenticeship will be put on a Break In Learning for the length of your Maternity leave, with no issues at all. Completely paused. 😊
