Future if I had to retract notice

Hi,

Sorry another head banger from me.

The company I had resigned from have advised it has come to light about the training quality with the latest training group not being up to standard and so offered to re-do training which sounds like more pain if I am being honest. Add to that I now feel bad that I didn't speak up earlier to the next point found myself wondering if someone in a much more senior role wasn't in the latest training group to decipher that training doesn't prepare you for going live, then would I have really been believed.

Now I have tried to resign once, am I not in a weaker position for the future? (I'm not working for a small company as a standalone role)

I feel I can do 65% of the job and the bosses are struggling with me saying the job isn't a fit as I've reached a point where I am achieving my daily stats so I feel stuck.

Should I write a list of pro's and cons?

Have you got a job to go to? If you are happy with your future plans, I'd stick to them.

If you resigned in desperation, it might be worth redoing g the training and giving yourself longer to get an exit strategy.

BUT, I don't know the back story, and it sounds like there is quite a lot more than in your post.
