DS18 is on a gap year and has an interview for Lidl customer assistant night shift next week (he's a night owl, will be studying for his Maths A level resit, will also be having driving lessons and it's better money are the main reasons)
He has no work experience at all (bar a bit of gardening) and I wondered if anyone has any hints or tips specifically for a Lidl interview (face to face)?
