Pregnant & potential restructure/redundancies

I work for a charity whose main funding is under threat. There have been talks of a potential restructure / redundancies within the next few months. I'm in the very early stages of pregnancy (6 wks) ? Would your advice be to tell employer sooner rather than later?

Your pregnancy will have no bearing on the outcome of the restructure. However, if you are starting to feel stressed about being made redundant you should consider telling a manager so they are mindful how they proceed.

Pregnancy provides no additional rights. So really you should do what makes you feel better. It should have no brains on the decisions made.
