My career had primarily been as a PA/EA (25 years experience) up until early 2020 when I moved to a term time only Admin role due to my ex DH passing away and needing to be available for the DC more, during holidays etc. I did this for 2 years before moving onto a HR contract role (more challenging role, interest in HR, higher salary)
This is coming to an end and I'd like to move back into an EA role (I have a chat with a recruiter late today) the salary is £18k more than I'm on now, which is much needed. How do I go about answering the quesion though, 'Why do you want to move back into an EA role?', the honest answer is because I was good at it, enjoyed it and because of the money, but obviously can't say that!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
